Kim Pratt
Executive Director
Kim Pratt is the newly appointed Executive Director for the Bermuda Hospitals Charitable Foundation (“BHCF”). Kim brings with her 18 years of experience in the Trust industry as a qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner having worked with Bermuda Trust Company Limited (at HSBC) for 12 years and then Butterfield Trust (Bermuda) Limited for the last 6 ½ years.
During this time Kim was actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Centennial Bermuda Foundation (formerly Bank of Bermuda Foundation) and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in Board management of Charitable Foundations including grant making, strategic planning, fund development and scholarship administration.
Kim has a passion for philanthropic work and a desire to give back to her community. She views the transition to BHCF as a pivotal step to advancing her knowledge and skill set in the Third Sector. Kim has a keen eye to detail and thrives in a space where creativity is welcomed.
Kim remains connected to Centennial Bermuda Foundation as a member of their Scholarship Committee and sits as a member of the Bermuda Hospitals Board (“BHB”) as well as member of BHB’s Scholarship Committee.
